If a Coin Scatter lands without a Coin Pouch Scatter, it is collected by the Treasure Chest, which increases in size for visual effect only. The Treasure Chest may activate randomly during the game when Coin Scatters are present and no Coin Pouch Scatter is in view.

Treasure Chest Hold’n Spin Feature

When the Treasure Chest activates, it triggers the Hold’n Spin feature. The feature begins with 3 Re-Spins. During these spins, Coin Scatters with multipliers of x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x8, x10, x12, x15, x20, x25, or x30 can land and will remain locked in place. Each time one or more Coin Scatters land, the Re-Spin counter resets to 3. If no Coin Scatters appear, the counter reduces by 1. The maximum number of Re-Spins is 30. At the end of the feature, the total of the Coin multipliers is multiplied by the bet to determine winnings. You may then choose to Collect your winnings and return to the base game, or select the Gamble option to enter the Doubloon or Nothing feature.

Doubloon or Nothing

The Doubloon or Nothing feature offers one spin, during which either Double Coins or Wipe Coins can appear. If Double Coins are in the majority, your winnings from the Hold’n Spin feature are doubled. If Wipe Coins are in the majority, the winnings from the Hold’n Spin are lost. The chance of doubling is 1 in 2 (50%). This Gamble function can be used up to 4 times in a row, and up to a maximum prize of 11,520 times the total bet. Taking part in this round does not influence the overall RTP.

Rum Bottle Scatters and the Rum Barrel Meter

Rum Bottle Scatters are collected in the Rum Barrel Meter, which has 6 stages. The game begins at stage 1, which is unlocked at the start. Each new stage is unlocked after collecting 6 Rum Bottles. Stages are persistent after each spin.

Only one type of Wild symbol may be present on the reels at a time. Wild symbols can land on reels 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. If a Multiplier Wild is present, it applies its multiplier to all other Wilds for that spin. The multiplier is used to enhance the value of any winning way the Wild is part of.

The collection of Rum Bottle Scatters is linked to the total bet amount. Adjusting your total bet will track a separate collection progress for each bet level. This bonus collection progress is saved and can be resumed by setting your previous bet size again, and progress is maintained between gaming sessions. The character symbols’ visuals also change depending on the current stage of the meter.

The Wild symbol can substitute for all other symbols except Scatters.
